As a seasoned software executive, Waite oversees Toshiba’s existing software development, including the ELERA™ Commerce Platform. Under his leadership, nearly 300 Toshiba software engineers and testers have thrived across organizational and technical challenges, driving business success and transforming Toshiba's point-of-sale software solutions. Jonathan also likes to give back to the community and helped create programs for interns and recent graduates. He mentors local students interested in technology degrees and helps them explore career paths and connects them with valuable opportunities in the industry.
